This book contains various pictures of handmade panties from masks thrown in the street. The masks were picked up, disinfected and worn by myself. The special edition of the book comes with an original vacuum-packed panty-mask.

The idea came to me after seeing, on the Internet, during the confinement period, two joke photos. One depicted a girl wearing a mask instead of panties and the other a man wearing panties instead of a mask.

At that time, I felt depressed. As I use abandoned material for my creations, I was worried that people would become concerned about hygienic issues, and that this would make my artistic work difficult as before the health crisis. Laughter did not bring me a fundamental solution in this uncertain situation, but encouraged me to resume the path of creative work that I had almost abandoned.

With this book, I want to share my laugh, following a stupid, disgusting, sexual, poisonous and perverse joke of Japanese underground culture, which was perhaps invented by our ancestors in order to recover and continue living after the regular natural disasters that hit the country.
