“Fissure frozen #2”, 2022. Plaster, silicone, plants and various materials, 145 x 54 x 5.5 cm.

From a crack in a concrete floor can emerge an incredible spontaneous flora. Here, a dozen different varieties. A game of negative and positive allows me to reveal the materials of the ground (concrete, gravel, dust, etc.). A silicone film covers the vegetation emerging from the fault and preserves it at the same time. This wall sculpture represents a section of a floor in its thickness.
