Impression of bitumen is made from cold mix, a material used for surfacing roads, fixed in latex. Dummy footprint of a pothole or cartographic survey? Without representing anything, this form summons the imagination. Above all, it expresses my attachment to travel. From the industrial environment of bitumen to plastic creation, from the horizontality of the ground to the verticality of the wall, from the relief of the material to the flatness of the surface.
