Demurger Ophélie
Born in 1994, Ophélie Demurger graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Lyon in 2018, where she is now a researcher in the Digital Arts research unit. Through performances, installations and videos, she works on questions of embodiment and relationships with others. Playing with her status as an artist, sometimes a fan, sometimes a star, she investigates the relationship of fascination between celebrities and their audience.
She recently presented her work at Confort Mental in Paris or at the Fondation Fiminco in Romainville during the 71st edition of Jeune Création.
Née en 1994, Ophélie Demurger est diplômée de l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Lyon en 2018, où elle est désormais chercheuse au sein de l’unité de recherche Arts Numériques. A travers performances, installations et vidéos, elle travaille les questions d’incarnation et de rapport à l’autre. Se jouant de son statut d’artiste, tantôt fan, tantôt star, elle mène une enquête sur le rapport de fascination entre les célébrités et leur public.
Elle a récemment présenté son travail au Confort Mental à Paris ou encore à la Fondation Fiminco à Romainville lors de la 71è édition de Jeune Création.
