Cerutti Robin
Le parcours d’artiste de Robin Cerutti est pour le moins atypique. En effet, outre ses talents exceptionnels de photographe, il est titulaire d’un doctorat en nanotechnologies.
C’est en 2006, alors qu’il travaille pour IBM à New York, qu’il émerge en tant qu’artiste et que son travail commence à être reconnu et à se faire une place sur la scène artistique et dans le monde de la mode.
À New York, Robin Cerutti a dans un premier temps exposé ses œuvres à la Collective Gallery 173-171, basée dans le quartier de Chinatown, ainsi que pour le compte de l’American Italian Cancer Foundation, lors d’un évènement organisé par Damiani et Kiton. Il a ensuite signé l’exposition She’s an Astronomer, qui a consisté en une série de portraits de femmes scientifiques visant à susciter l’intérêt des jeunes pour les sciences. Cette exposition a d’abord été présentée au Zòcalo – au cœur même du centre-ville de Mexico – puis, au Museo de la Luz et dans plusieurs écoles du pays.
En 2012, il a créé une collection « Pop post-moderne », diffusée via des médiums d’art numérique, dans le cadre de la clôture de l’exposition de Tom Wesselman au Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal. Ses œuvres ont été présentées au festival Chromatic à Montréal (2012 à 2014) et à Paris (2015). En 2015, l’expo-évènement Montréal Créative a choisi de présenter ses œuvres dans les studios de ICI ARTV en vue d’illustrer l’effervescence artistique montréalaise. C’est alors qu’il a rejoint l’équipe de la galerie MX.
Depuis, ses œuvres ont commencé à faire le tour du monde, en passant par Las Olas Fine-Art en Floride (2016) et par le groupe de Galeries Marciano à Paris (2017).
En 2017, grâce à Hub-Art, Robin a pu dévoiler en première officielle sa nouvelle série Présence au Cube Art Fair, une foire artistique exposant une trentaine d’artistes nord-américains à Bruxelles. Il a ensuite exposé sa série présence dans la galerie Art Avantage sur Paris puis plus tard en fin 2018 lors de l’exposition de groupe ‘embody’ au sein de la galerie Vivendi
Au cours de ces dernières années, Robin a également adapté ses concepts artistiques à des scénographies oniriques dans les deux derniers films du réalisateur français Louis-Julien Petit, à savoir Carole Mathieu, en 2016, mettant en scène Isabelle Adjani, et Les invisibles en 2018.
Ses œuvres ont été diffusées dans de nombreux blogues et magazines tels que : Artsy Editorial, PetaPixel, My Modern Net, American Photography Artist, Photography Served, Claudia Magazine, pour n’en citer que quelques-uns.
Robin Cerutti's career as an artist is atypical to say the least. Indeed, in addition to his exceptional talents as a photographer, he holds a doctorate in nanotechnology.

In 2015, the Montréal Créative exhibition-event chose to present its works in the studios of ICI ARTV in order to illustrate the artistic effervescence of Montreal. It was then that he joined the MX gallery team.
Since then, his works have started to travel around the world, passing through Las Olas Fine-Art in Florida (2016) and the group of Galeries Marciano in Paris (2017).
In 2017, thanks to Hub-Art, Robin was able to unveil the official premiere of his new Presence series at the Cube Art Fair, an art fair exhibiting around thirty North American artists in Brussels. He then exhibited his series presence in the Art Avantage gallery in Paris and later in late 2018 during the group exhibition ‘embody’ within the Vivendi gallery.
In recent years, Robin has also adapted his artistic concepts to dreamlike scenographies in the last two films of French director Louis-Julien Petit, namely Carole Mathieu, in 2016, starring Isabelle Adjani, and Les invisibles in 2018. .
