Feuvrier Mélanie
Née en 1986, Mélanie Feuvrier a d’abord fait des études d’audiovisuel, elle rencontrera Mathieu Pernot qui influencera son entrée en cours d’études à l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris dans l’atelier d’Eric Poitevin.
Melanie Feuvrier pratique différents médiums comme la photographie, le dessin ou encore la peinture choisissant l’environnement dans lequel elle se trouve pour créer. Elle utilise systématiquement son entourage comme modèle. Elle pratique une photographie essentiellement objective et descriptive.
Elle investit les conventions et les codes visuels des publications populaires et commerciales en déplacent néanmoins le sujet pour le placer au centre. Sa photographie est comme un ready made photographique.
Son travail a été présenté dans des expositions institutionnelles comme le Palais des Beaux-Arts en 2014 et 2016, le centre d’Art de Camac en 2016, ainsi qu’au 60ème Salon Montrouge (commissariat stephane Corréard).
Elle a exposé à l’international à Singapour, à New York.
Le groupe d’hôtellerie de luxe Marriot lui a passé commande pour décorer avec plus de 80 photographies un hôtel en 2016.
Elle a assisté des artistes de renommée internationale comme Annette Messager, Chiharu Shiota, Andrea Bowers, Alice Anderson.
