Ma pratique consiste à jouer avec les outils numériques de manière non élaborée. Je commence par piocher une image parmi les milliers inutilisées de mes archives digitales.
Toutes ces photos et autres captures d'écran dont nous nous encombrons, se transforment en une source, en un point de départ. Les outils numériques me permettent d'explorer des compositions complexes et simplifiées, au service de différentes lectures du sensible.
Ce n'est pas la pertinence de la photo ou son sujet qui m'intéresse, mais la richesse de ses sous-couches lumineuses et colorimétriques (invisibles à première vue).
Je suis tout autant préoccupée par stimuler l'imaginaire du regardeur qu'à renouveler ce qui est esthétiquement signifiant à mon propre regard.
C'est un travail à la fois subconscient et inhérent à de très nombreuses influences artistiques.

My practice is to play with digital tools in a non-elaborate way. I start by drawing an image from among the thousands unused in my digital archives.
All these photos and other screenshots that we burden ourselves with turn into a source, a starting point. Digital tools allow me to explore complex and simplified compositions, serving different readings of the sensitive.
It is not the relevance of the photo or its subject that interests me, but the richness of its luminous and colorimetric underlays (invisible at first sight).
I am just as concerned with stimulating the viewer's imagination as with renewing what is aesthetically significant to my own gaze.
It is a work that is both subconscious and inherent in many artistic influences.
